X4 계정을 삭제하는 방법과, 삭제 후 사라지는 정보와 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관되는 정보를 안내합니다.

1삭제 요청 방법

앱을 삭제한 뒤에도 요청할 수 있습니다.

- 가입 시 사용한 이메일(ID), 가입한 휴대전화번호 뒤 4자리
이메일로 요청하시면 본인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 요청드릴 수 있습니다. 요청 접수일로부터 10일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신드립니다.
2삭제되는 데이터
아래 정보는 탈퇴(삭제 처리) 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- 이메일 주소(ID)
- 비밀번호
- 휴대전화번호 및 본인인증 기록
- 생년월일
- 기기 정보
- 광고 식별자
- 서비스 이용기록
회사가 처리를 위탁한 Firebase Authentication(Google LLC)과 Amazon Web Services(서울 리전)에 저장된 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.
3보관되는 데이터 및 보관 기간

보관 정보는 다른 개인정보와 분리하여 저장·관리하고, 보관 목적 외에는 이용하지 않으며, 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다. (개인정보 보호법 제21조)
4유의사항
- 삭제된 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 구독은 탈퇴와 별도로 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 직접 해지해야 합니다.
- 결제수단 정보(카드번호 등)는 Apple과 Google이 직접 처리하므로 회사가 삭제할 수 없습니다. 각 플랫폼에 문의해 주세요.

1How to Request Deletion
Request in the app

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We will process your request within 10 days of receipt and notify you of the result by reply.
2Data That Will Be Deleted
The following information is deleted immediately when your account is deleted.
- Email address (ID)
- Password
- Phone number and phone verification records
- Date of birth
- Device information
- Advertising identifier
- Service usage records
Information stored with our processors, Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) and Amazon Web Services (Seoul region), is also deleted.
3Data That Will Be Retained and Retention Period

Retained data is stored and managed separately from other personal information, is not used for any purpose other than the retention purpose, and is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires. (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 21)
4Important Notes
- A deleted account cannot be restored.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment method information (such as card numbers) is processed directly by Apple or Google, so we cannot delete it. Please contact the respective platform.
